About returns and exchanges


Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of product delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without contacting us. If you receive a return or exchange, please return it within 30 days of the delivery date. (Please note that we will not accept returns if they have not been returned for 30 or more days.) If size does not fit or is not as pictured, we will return or exchange at customer's convenience.

[The case that we cannot accept exchange/return]

・Items that have been delivered for more than 7 days

・Products with missing tags, tags, boxes, etc.・

Products that have been used or washed

・Products damaged by customers

Products with dirty or smelly items

・Items with missing accessories at the time of delivery

[About exchange]  (contact at hiphopvsrock@gmail.com) Items that can be exchanged are basically exchanges of the same size and color. (If you contact us via email, please write "Exchange" in the subject line.) Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the product, we will ship a replacement product. In the event of an exchange due to customer convenience, we may ship cash on delivery. If the product cannot be returned due to an accident at the time of return, or if the condition of the product deteriorates, we may not be able to accept the return.

If we have it in stock, we will send you a new item with no defects. We will be responsible for all costs incurred for this. (Replacement product will be returned if not in stock.)

[About returns] Please contact us by email with the product you want to return and the reason. (If you are emailing us, please include "Return" in the subject line.)

 

Customer is responsible for return shipping. If the product cannot be returned due to an accident at the time of return, or if the condition of the product deteriorates, we may not be able to accept the return.
If you return an item, the points for that item will automatically expire.

[About refund]
The refund amount is the item price excluding shipping.
If you do not pay for shipping when the product ships, we may deduct it from the product price and refund it.
・For customers paying by credit card, refunds will be processed by rescheduling or canceling the bill.
(Normally, refund) The process will be completed within 3-5 days (The remittance fee is borne by the customer,) The remittance fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days.
